I've been collecting records for over 45 years and now I am selling some of my collection.
I have set the starting bid lower than other listings of similar box set because of the condition of the box. So, if you want Near Mint 34 vinyl singles in excellent sleeves for a good price then buy these. 
Grading based on Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide:
Vinyl >> NEAR MINT (NM) = Vinyl nearly perfect, no obvious signs of wear. 
Sleeves >> EXCELLENT (Ex) =  slight wear and / or creasing, some sleeves may have a slight bend in the corner or very light ring wear.
I rate this set overall as NEAR MINT:
The outer box is in GOOD condition.  The corners are split in both top and bottom. See photos. 
But - the box did its job - it protected the 34 singles which I rate as in NEAR MINT condition.  They are all housed in the picture sleeves.
The Insert is in Excellent condition.
