Description
In August 1964 Capitol Records were promoting new songs in the USA by Cilla Black ("It's For You") and Peter & Gordon ("I Don't Want To See You Again"). Both songs written by Lennon & McCartney. They released a 7" single with both songs on side B and also on side A where they were introduced and concluded by John Lennon and Paul McCartney of The Beatles. This is a must for any serious collector of The Beatles. Purple Capitol labels (printed as promotional record) with matrix numbers PRO 2720 etched (not stamped) on each side in the run off grooves. Some surface marks but the record plays well with minimal surface noise on the Beatles side. Paypal accepted, also postal order or cheque. A charge for recorded delivery in respect of items over £30 and special delivery for items in excess of £100 will be added to the stated UK postage and packing costs.
