The Beatles Collection Box-Set 1962-1970 - 24 x 7" Vinyl Singles Records
One of the earliest reissues by EMI after their contract with the Beatles expired in 1976, The Singles Collection 1962-1970 collected the singles released by the band during their recording career. The discs were issued in newly-designed sleeves featuring green fronts and six different photos (used multiple times) on the back. This second edition, from 1977, was issued in a newly-designed black, textured, flip-top cardboard box and includes Yesterday/I Should Have Known Better and Back In The U.S.S.R./Twist and Shout. Issued by EMI & World Records, the collection was only available by Mail Order.
This item includes: Gold embossed presentation box, 24 x 7" vinyl discs, leaflet.The box has some dents to the front and damage to the corners of the lid. The discs and their covers are all in perfect condition.
