The gold-coloured box was limited to 4000 copies, I think it was recalled at some point due to the gold box deteriorating (which this one definitely has). Sadly this did not come with the certificate so I have no idea what number of the 4000 it is.
I’ve owned this from about 2004 and I’ll be sorry to see it go, but also happy to see it go to a new home.
The records are all in very good condition ( I don’t know how to professionally grade records… I just know I’ve never played them), with minimal wear on the sleeves. These have stayed in the box nearly the entire time I have had them.
The set comes in a cardboard sleeve box (gold version) and is a must-have for any Beatles fan or collector. This edition was released in 1986 on the Parlophone label and will be a great addition to your collection.
With all this said, the prices for these are all over the place… I’m not looking for the moon on this. I just want the market to decide so I’m starting the bidding low.
