Up for auction is The Beatles Collection MFSL box set. This is the box and albums only, no book or Geo disc and no certificate of authenticity. All of the albums are in near mint condition and look unplayed with the exception of #2 With The Beatles which has light surface marks but plays fine without any surface noise. Also the White Album #'s 11 & 12 have been replaced with the MFSL White Album individual release and is also in pristine condition. All of the covers are in great condition but some have small back spine tears in the centers where the record hits (see photo). The cover for #2 is more aged than the others and has some damage. The box is in average condition, shows a little wear and has a 3 1/2" piece of black tape on the top (I'm sure it's there for a reason so I didn't bother to peal it off). The collection appears to have been pieced together but I'm not the original owner and can't say for sure. I've listened to and recorded all of the albums and they sound incredible!
This auction is not for the collector but more for the listener who wants to enjoy The Beatles in the best way possible. It is however an investment with the individual albums on Ebay selling for $50+ and the box itself for $100, you will definitely not lose money and have the potential to sell it for $800+ if you broke it up and sold it individually. It's unfortunate that I have to sell it but times are tough. Sorry but no international shipping. Thanks for looking!
