1. Payment is via PayPal and is due by the Winning Bidder within 4 days, remember we are a charity. Non-paying bidders after 4 days will be reported to EBay’s non-paying bidder system unless we are contacted by the customer to make alternative arrangements. Send us an email message prior to the 4 day deadline if there are any problems
2. Goods will be dispatched the within 3 working days after confirmation of a received payment. Remember we are a charity staffed by unpaid volunteers. Currently the ebay store is staffed on Monday and Thursday.
3. Lifeline must be notified with pictures within 3 working days in the event that an item arrives damaged in transit. Claims for freight or transit damage more than 3 working days after delivery of an item will not be recognised.
4. Postage - We post items using Australian Post Pre-paid Satchels (With Tracking). if you have concerns about your 'purchase' not arriving, request your items to be sent 'REGISTERED POST' (extra fees will apply)
5. At Lifeline we understand the importance of customer satisfaction, and therefore are quite happy to accept returns if the product is “not as described”, as long as it is returned to us in the same condition as sent to you. Contact us within 30 days of you receiving the product via email.
Any refund provided will not include freight or delivery charges unless the incorrect item was shipped as a result of an error by Lifeline.
6. Contact us prior to leaving Negative Feedback if you are unhappy with a purchase, so we can discuss the problem, remember we are a charity staffed by unpaid volunteers and we need your support.
