The Beatles Cry For a Shadow (could be original German pressing rare?) 52 275

Polydor 52275. Could be original 1961 German first pressing but I’m no expert? Maybe you can tell from the pictures?

Record looks to be in excellent condition but not played in many years and no way of testing now. Sleeve in good condition for age. I was asked to check this under a very bright light for scratches, I have done this using an iPhone torch and there are some very minor scratches that are just about visible using the torch. I Googled phone grading and I'd say this is between "Excellent (E) – tolerate very light marks where the vinyl has been in and out of the inner sleeve a few times, or tiny signs of use generally." and "Very Good Plus (VG+) – A few further faults are acceptable, but nothing that really compromises the record visually or audibly. A little rub, light inaudible marks, a little background crackle."

Could this be one of the Beatles rarest 45s and even rarer with the original picture sleeve?

The record has the Polydor scroll label.

Selling as my dad no longer listens to this.
