ultra rare contract pressing by DECCA

I am selling some gems of my fantastic collection of rare Beatles records mostly from the UK.

This ultra rare contract pressing was made by Decca because EMI could not produce enough LPs to satisfy the high demand. The typical ridge on the labels proves this LP was manufactured by DECCA.

The Beatles P-PCS UK export LP series is extremely rare (even rarer than the CPCS issues). But contract pressings of these records are sensationally scarce!

The cover carries the correct PPCS 7096 on the spine as well as the Parlophone logo instead of the Apple symbol on the back.
