This is pressing of Help! is from in August of 1966 whilst Stereo format's were still being pressed in much smaller quantities to Mono. Indicated as the second label variation by the Times New Roman font for the song titles on the label with asterisk * sign to left of 'I Need You'. It stayed this way until 1968 when the track listings were changed to Sans Serif block font for 3rd pressings and so on. The actual matrix numbers -1/-1 on this pressing are the same as the 1st Pressing.

Sleeve:  Very Good Minus. It is intact at all edges and it is fully laminated over on to the flipbacks which are all intact and present but with some storage wear. The corners are quite well defined, and there is no major edge wear, just aging. There are several creases but quite small.
The sleeve lies flat and the front pictorial retains a glossy appearance, the reverse is clean and white with light marks.
The sleeve is firm and holds the LP well, the spine is completely intact and the title text present and readable. There are no stickers or sticker residue or handwriting, or imprints.
All flipbacks Have complete original text.

Inner Sleeve: This is the correct and original die-cut EMI Emitex advertising inner sleeve with a thin outer paper and tracing paper-lined inner. In Very Good Plus appearance, completely intact at all seams inside and out, and holds record well.
The Vinyl Disc: Very Good Condition Overall.
The vinyl surfaces still have a glossy sheen on both sides.
The vast majority of the surface on both sides are marks free and smooth with no groove wear.
Side 1 is in Very Good condition having no feelable scratches or marks, some light stylus hairlines and non are causing any audio interruptions. There is a small scuff mark which is on the rim of the LP and start of the first song track and can be lightly felt. 
Side 2 is in an Excellent Minus condition also with no feelable scratches or marks, having only a few very light non feelable stylus hairline marks in a few places, nothing which is causing any problems at all, and very hard to see unless under close bright light.
The record has received a fair amount of plays but is in well above average condition for its age.
The disc is free from warps and lays completely flat on the turntable.
Pressed on heavy mid- sixties vinyl, this record is heavier than most at 163 grams.
The labels are Very Good, having retained the dark black background and yellow Parlophone and symbol are striking.. The spindle location point perimeter is quite neat with with numerous spindle line traces but they don't reach outside of the centre circle areas and are not heavy or obvious unless looked at very closely.
All label text is clear and readable.
No sticker or sticker residue or writing.
The Parlophone Co. Ltd text around rim, and the KT tax code embossed.
Early Mother/ Stamps combination places it as early Pressing.

The Audio: Excellent Minus Overall
The record plays with a nice clarity and full original stereo definition throughout.
The scuff mark on side 1 on the outer rim and first few grooves causes a few jumps and ticks for the 20 seconds at the start of the first track 'HELP!' . There are no other interruptions that overcome the audio on either side, just the occasional soft static type tick which can only be heard in some of the quieter interludes and some separations between songs.
A really nice playing LP overall.
The robust early sixties vinyl presses usually ensures that the audio quality tends to be better than the appearance of surface with light mark lines may suggest, and this is no exception.
The record plays with crisp vocals and no background noises such as crackle, pops, or loud ticks, and there are no sticks. The Stereo channeling is perfect with no feedback, hiss etc.
This original 2nd press LP in first print sleeve with Stereo in the top right printed in an outline type style.

The LP will be delivered in a quality double-part cardboard LP mailer with stifferners. The record placed separately in a plain generic inner to prevent wear to the original.
Also comes housed in a PVC record protector. Item will be marked as fragile and sent recorded delivery.
