The Beatles Help! 1965 UK Mono PMC 1255 Vinyl KT Stamp Times Roman Labels Rare
Coming from a large private collection, owned from new and from a smoke and pet free home, this is a rare variant of the 1965 Help! vinyl LP by the Beatles in great condition overall.
The Times Roman text Label version has the K T tax codes embossed on side one only and the "I Need You" credit asterisk is positioned directly next to the "....You*" with no space as with other issues. All the usual first press elements such as Northern Songs NCB, The Gramaphone Co Ltd rim text, "sold in UK subject to ....." in place.

As with all my vinyl sales I use the renowned Record Collector Grading system when assessing overall condition.
Vinyl Condition
Clean Times Roman Type labels with no writing etc. Minor spindle damage and overall excellent.
Vinyl graded as Excellent. Whilst as would be expected there are numerous hairline marks this copy plays beautifully having been play tested on high end Technics record decks. Absolute minimal background noise between tracks and one minor '3 pop' floor between Tracks 3 and 4 on side one. Other than that this is a really nice copy in excellent order for age.
Matrix Runouts and Stamps are: Side 1 XEX 549 - 2 PR 4 8 and Side 2 XEX 550 - 2 IIO 1 3
Sleeve Condition
Described as Excellent - some signs of wear but very much limited. Some discolouration of white sleeve in line with age. A small 1cm tear to the entry side bottom edge. Flip Garrod and Lofthouse back cover remains in great condition with a couple of small stain blemishes to the upper corner (see photos). No evidence of shelf ware of note. Overall a clean cover with no major degradation or writing etc.
Liner Condition
Described as Very Good Plus. Original Polylined Paper sleeve with 'Made In England" "British Patent No: 800513" references. Liner has discolouration in line with age (browning). No tears to edges. Polyliner inner remains attached on one side - the opposite glue has dried.
As with all my vinyl sales, the vinyl will be removed from the original Liner to avoid any transit damage and placed in a brand new pvc polyliner. The record and sleeve will then be placed in a Cardboard Record Mailer for safe and secure delivery.
This is a great Beatles original LP at a sensible starting price. Thanks for taking the time to look.
