Communication, Please contact me with any issues on purchases, please do not go straight to dispute as there’s no need, send me a message though contact seller, and the very bottom box OTHER, as most other options open a dispute. I will answer all messages within a few hours and if a refund is necessary then it will be issued immediately. EBay policy is to contact a seller and only use disputes as a last resort as most issues can be resolved. Condition, I do my best to state the condition of each item. Used are used and I do my best to be accurate in my descriptions. Check the listing for condition and any concerns or extra details you need, contact me. PLEASE remember when leaving your star ratings that item as described means just that, if I have described the condition accurately please leave a 4 or 5, if you believe the condition is not as described please contact me before leaving your rating and we can discuss your issue and resolve it. BE AWARE that ebay rating system does not work how you may think, ratings 1,2,3 are considered bad by ebay and sellers are punished for these. 4 means fairly accurate description and 5 accurate description
