Orig UK Yellow & Black Parolophone Mono LP, EX/EX, 1st Press!!
Original UK yellow & black Parolphone mono 1st press LP, with the Sold in the UK & The Gramophone Co texts, with the K T tax code stamp on the label!! The laminated flipback Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some light storage wear around the corners & some light discolouration on the unlaminated rear cover. The spine is intact and fully readable & the Emitex inner has been repaired & is in VG+ condition. The record is in visually EX condition, with a couple of faint sleeve removal hairlines & one or two small needle marks visible under bright light. The labels are in EX condition, clean & bright with evidence of one or two spindle markings. Overall the record still retains its original sheen and looks really great, definately not the typically scratched & abused copy!! The sound reproduction is EX, still clear & precise throughout with no loud pops or crackle & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some brief background noise during the run in grooves & overall a really amazing listen!! The matrix nos. are; XEX-549-2 mother stamper 5-RMD, XEX-550-2 mother stamper 18-RAO, This is one of the early pressings of the original 1965 UK mono 1st issue of this album!! All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, but everyones ears and decks are different, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund on return of the record, no problems!! All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide. All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!! Due to the new Royal Mail postage system the UK postal prices have changed, so up to 1KG is all one price (£3.50), then up to 2KG the next price band (£6.50), making double lps cheaper to post, but multiple items are going to cost more and Recorded Delivery is now £1.00 extra, sorry about this!! UK Postage is £3.50 for the first one or two single LP's or a double LP and a single LP up to 1KG!, but multiple items between 1-2KG, around 3-5 single LP's or two double LP's will be £6.50. Purchases over £20 in value will be sent by recorded delivery at an extra cost of £1.00 or can be collected in person,
Will post to Europe (including all EU countries & Russia) and Rest of the World (USA, Japan, Australia, etc.), but airmail is limited to 3 or 4 lp's due to weight restrictions.
