I have here an original USA copy of Help.
On Capitol label with gatefold Sleeve

This album has completely different track listing that UK issue. It has some instrumental numbers

Record in vg condition

Comes with original 1965 inner sleeve

Gatefold Sleeve does have some wear and tear and some biro on front and black marker on reverse
I spoke to the owner of the album and he said the tally chart on the front was a record of how many times he had played it.

All in all this is a banger of an album. Hardly ever comes up and the provenance is a nice story
