Description
This is a Japanese pressing of The Beatles record Help (UK version). It was issued as #5 in the series on 06/20/1976 by Toshiba EMI LTD on black vinyl. This series was only released on black vinyl. There is a single LP in a non-gatefold cover with an OBI. There is also a 4 page booklet with photos and the lyrics in English and Japanese that is in mint- condition with no bends or tears. The record is from my personal collection and was initially cleaned on a VPI record vacuum and treated with Last Record preservative. It was recently demagnetized and re-cleaned with an Audio Desk Ultra-sonic record cleaner.
The record was recently play graded using a Lyra Kleos on a VPI Classic IV turntable. The record is in mint- condition with no scuffs or scratches. The record plays very quietly with only 1 tick noted on side 1 and 3 noted on side 2. There are last stickers on the record label on both sides.
The jacket is in excellent condition with no seam splits but does have some slight compression in the lower right corner and there is some slight yellowing. The OBI is in very good condition with a 2.5” tear along the top edge and some wrinkles along the back end. The insert has is excellent as noted above.
