Record measures 12" x 12"

Title is listed as Hey Jude on cover spine and The Beatles Again on the record labels. The spine lists the catalog number SW-385 which differs from the SO prefix on the labels. Track order on labels differs from back cover. Track B4 is titled Ballad of John & Yoko on label but Ballad of John and Yoko on back cover.

The catalog number on side 1 label is SO-385 (SO-1-385), matrix in run-out groove is SO-1-385 z3 #2  Bell Sound sf [I AM in triangle] The catalog number on side 2 label is SO-385 (SO-1-385) matrix in run-out groove is SO-2-385 z10 #2  Bell Sound sf [I AM in triangle]

Vinyl sides 1 and 2 are VG+ with some very light sleeve marks - nothing deep or able to be felt. Vinyl is shiny and clean. Cover is VG+/VG with some very light marks and very light ring wear. There is a light 1" bend on the front top right corner. The corner itself has some creasing. There is 1 1/2" crease on the back top left corner. There is a 3/4" wrinkle on the back bottom left. Cover is in shrink but shrink is ripped on the front right side.
