Ultra-rare 12-track mono compilation from Denmark which was available for just few weeks in Spring 1965.
On the correct ridged black & silver Parlophone labels: PMCS 306
Machine stamped matrices: XSTX 115 1 & XSTX 115 1
Vinyl weight: 165g
Housed in its original front laminated, tri-flipback flipback 'Eskimo' cover.
N.B: This is a 100% original 1965 pressing and NOT a recent reproduction.
CONDITION
Disc: VERY GOOD
A respectable example of this rarity which has received a moderate amount of careful play. Both playing surfaces are clean & glossy with light surface wear consisting mostly of superficial wispy marks and hairlines but nothing deep or feelable. All tracks play well without significant deterioration to the sound quality. There is some minor vinyl background in quieter passages and a single 'pop' on 'Matchbox' but no skips, repeats or any other fault.
Cover: VERY GOOD -
Fully intact with moderate handling and storage wear commensurate with its age and fragility. The front panel is clean & glossy with just some yellowing to the white areas. There is some damage midway down the opening edge which has been repaired with tape from the inside. The rear panel is clean overall with some handling marks towards the opening edge but no writing or missing paper. Both seams and the unworded spine are smooth and unstressed.
