In this auction: 


  • “SONGS, PICTURES AND STORIES/INTRODUCING THE BEATLES” LP by The Beatles

  • This is Vee Jay Records VJLP 1092

  • This is a MONO (monaural) PRESSING.

  • It was issued in early 1964.

  • This is VERSION 2 of this LP with the gatefold cover and INCLUDES the cuts “Please Please Me” and “Ask Me Why”….As you probably know, legal action against Vee Jay Records required the removal of “Love Me Do” and “P.S. I Love You” songs from future issues of the original LP. Here Vee Jay replaced them with “Ask Me Why” and “Please Please Me” which has come to be called Version 2.

  • This label variation is the black background one with silver VJ lettering..no “Long Playing” or “Microgroove” are printed….

  • BOTH COVER and VINYL ARE ABSOLUTELY AUTHENTIC!  

  • So you can bid with confidence that you are receiving the real deal and NOT a counterfeit…
