There’re many different versions of the origin story of this incredibly rare collectible cover of “Introducing the Beatles” with a white blank back paste over slick, known as the Blank Back. It’s hard to tell which one of them is authentic because each one of the versions is preceded by the word “possibly”. In any way, what could be said for sure about this version is that finding the cover with a blank back paste over slick is extremely hard, but finding the Stereo Version 1 cover is practically impossible. Unfortunately, the LP has been lost and only the cover is listed for the auction. Please pay attention to this when placing your bid, and it is worth placing your bid on as perhaps you won’t have the second chance to acquire this cover. Without any doubts, the Stereo Version 1 Blank Back cover comes across significantly rarer than the Stereo Version 1 Ad Back cover. Original cardboard Stereo cover with a large grey “Stereophonic” banner against the white border and “SR 1062” catalog number at the top on the front. The back cover contains a glossy white blank paste over slick. The interior of the cover has the ¼” flaps at the top and bottom. The cover comes with the original Vee-Jay Records "Other Significant Albums of Interest on Vee-Jay Records" inner sleeve with 25 adverts of other VJ releases on each side.

I grade the cover as Excellent. It's very clean and has the intact edges without any splits. The front cover has some very light hints of ring wear along with some gentle age shelf wear.  The beautiful spine contains a fully readable text. The back cover has a signature written in ballpen, but it's quite faint as seen on the listing's photos. Aside from that the back cover slick is very clean and in great condition without having any soiling, wear, tears, ring wear or missing pieces. The original Vee-Jay Records inner sleeve is in Near Mint Minus condition and doesn't have any splits or tears.
