Description

In this auction is 1 Beatles Picture Sleeve, 1 Beatles original Capitol (orange-yellow swirl label) 45 RPM record and Fan Club Paper Insert.

 

Here are the details:

 

·       “LADY MADONNA” b/w “THE INNER LIGHT” by The Beatles 

·       This is a 7-INCH RECORD issued by CAPITOL RECORDS. 

·       This is Capitol Records 2138.

·       This record was issued March, 1968.

·       The VINYL is in VG+ CONDITION. Running times are on the labels. The Labels are NICE and CLEAN.

·        The PICTURE SLEEVE is in VERY STRONG VG+ CONDITION. There are NO seam splits, NO writing, and NO tears. There is a TINY 1/8th –inch crease (not a tear) at the top opening above the second “E” in “BEATLES”. There is VERY LIGHT/SLIGHT partial ring wear on “The Inner Light” side. A WOOLCO (Woolworth’s) price sticker is on the “Lady Madonna” side of the sleeve.  The sleeve is overall a flat sleeve with some light bends on the tab/flap at the top opening. This is a VERY TOUGH SLEEVE to find without heavy ring wear on the purple areas. This sleeve has VERY LIGHT WEAR in that area. Check out the images!!

·       This is a Straight-Cut EAST COAST Picture Sleeve. The record was pressed at Capitol’s Scranton plant.

·       And this one comes with the RARE FAN CLUB FLYER that was ONLY inserted into the "Lady Madonna"/"The Inner Light" picture sleeves. The Flyer is Near Mint!!
