Record Conditions: The vinyl records would be near mint if not tiny hairline scuffing on disc surface was visible under strong light. The sound quality is not affected at all.
Jacket Conditions: The gatefold jacket is excellent. Minor bottom edge and corner shelf wear. The jacket is protected in a new plastic outer sleeve. The record is kept in original plastic sleeve (ref. pictures).
First-hand owner from smoke and pet free home. The record was rarely played.
