For sale here is a copy of "With the Beatles" Original Master Recording, from Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs, Still sealed in its original baggy-like plastic wrapper.
I assume anyone looking for a high quality and collectable album like the Original Master Recording of the Beatles "With The Beatles" would know the song titles so I wont list them. Just ask and I will give a complete listing.
This record was released in 1986-87. It became an instant collectable as the stamper was damaged. Some eatimates are as low as 1250 copies. No effort was made to replace the damaged stamper. Audiophile records were uncertain at that time as people were switching to compact discs. The MOFI records sound great. They are pressed on 180 grams of virgin vinyl. Virgin vinyl is new fresh stock. Most records are pressed on recycled vinyl. Virgin vinyl records are so hard the needle dosen't strech the grooves. MOFI records are so pure if you hold them up to a bright light you can see some light coming through. The Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs records sound better than most cds and much better than regular vinyl records. They are half speed mastered by the Japanese Victor Co. When they were first released they had the best sound quality available to the public.
This record was stored in a non-smoking house and upright with other records.
I have a lower reserve than the high bid of one of these I saw on E-Bay a few weeks ago.
