Very early 1st Stereo pressing Export for the UK factory sealed copy of the Magical Mystery Tour album. Capitol Records original release with an export for the UK gold-foil sticker affixed to the cover in the upper right-hand corner underneath the cellophane wrap saying "Specially Imported by E.M.I. RECORDS (The Gramophone Company Ltd.) Under license from and on payment of royalty to the British copyright owners concerned" in red. There is a mistaken opinion that only the Monophonic copies were exported to the UK. It can be explained by the fact that most likely the Stereo Export for the UK copies containing the "E.M.I. Records" gold-foil sticker were pressed in a minimum quantity. Besides this copy which I've had in my collection for many years, I've seen another Stereo Export copy of Magical Mystery Tour only once on eBay UK in November, 2019. Cardboard gatefold cover with the catalog number "SMAL-2835" on the back cover and spine which also has the Capitol Records logo present only on the 1st print cover. Just like the domestic copies, the Export for the UK copies also contain a twenty-four page color booklet inside. If I'm not mistaken, a red psychedelic inner sleeve can be slightly seen through the tight cellophane wrap at the mouth of the cover inside and it's most likely this Export for the UK copy was pressed in Los Angeles, Hollywood. The album is in amazing Mint condition with some light age shelf wear and scuffs on the cellophane wrap which contains the original breathe holes and despite the light shelf wear doesn't have any damage or seam splits.
