All I know is this... it came from one of my best friends. She bought it upon release. Thisbus how it came from tge factory. Is it a crossover? I am not sure, but several Beatles collectors/experts have told me it is. Make up your own minds and feel free to drop me a message.

it us complete, minus the original inner sleeves, but they can be found/replaced easily.

Importantly it has the very rare, plain photo spacer.

All the inserts are super clean and in wonderful condition, I hope the images show that well enough, request more if not please.

Vinyl on 3 sides in EX/NM and on one side I'll say VG+ because it has two little marks, but they don't affect play or sound at all.

The cover has some issues, so please use the photos and decide for yourself, I'd grade at VG, but please feel free to PM me for more images of this LP and use the images to decide.

I will gladly reply to any questions, requests for more info, images etc.

I'm a trusted UK seller.
This LP will be sent post Free in the UK, and all my vinyl is sent in brand new record mailers, with card stiffeners, for extra safety whilst in transit.

Here is some more information I have been given by other Beatles collectors (this is not my information, so take from this what you will) ...

*Mono crossover press with missing “EMI recording” on side 1 and 2 Matt Marlow, also you have the rare blank spacer paper, probably worth a £100 on it’s own.

* That’s a good one! Good double sequencing numbers. Lower too! Pretty neat man.

*It's a UK first press. They're not super rare, but what separates the expensive ones from the cheaper ones are two things - low numbers and/ or condition. This one is interesting as the cover is somewhat damaged, it does have all its original parts, including the spacer paper which is quite rare. The number is slightly on the low side, but not overly low. And it's mono, which is slightly more desirable than stereo. I have bought White Albums for years... I should add that, now I have been able to view on a larger screen, one disc appears to have the label text 'An EMI Recording' (right hand side), the other does not. Its omission is generally considered an initial label error, so those without it are viewed as the earliest issue of the album, and therefore slightly more desirable. The fact you have a 'crossover ' copy, where one record has the text and one does not, is interesting though not entirely unusual (as there was obviously a crossover period). A lot of copies with BOTH LPs without 'An EMI Recording' are usually numbered below 50,000. The market is always slightly unpredictable. But there's certainly enough here to make it a good, desirable copy. Good luck.
