Up for sale is The Beatles 2014 Mono Vinyl Box set unplayed in like new condition. The boxset is absolutely flawless. It looks the exact same as the day I got it. I opened a few of the records resealable sleeves to check for any defects. The records looked flawless, and the covers are perfect. The book and past masters album are both still sealed.
Record visually: Near Mint: Completely flawless, they look as new as the day they were made. Never played. I would grade Mint but I refuse to on anything not sealed (since these technically were never sealed since the plastic sleeves they come in are resealable.
Sleeve condition: Near Mint: Absolutely flawless, as good as it gets.
