THE BEATLES BUTCHER COVER LP YESTERDAY AND TODAY CAPITOL RECORDS # T 2553 RIAA #6
The record I am offering here is an original Beatles Butcher Cover album. This is what is known as the “second state” pressing, with the replacement cover art pasted over the original butcher block cover on the front. The record itself is an original Mono release.
Overall this cover is in nice shape There is a small 1" seam split on the bottom right and the spine is in great shape.
The only areas on the front that look like it was attempted to peel is in the upper right corner. There is only a bit of light surface wear and the color is quite good. The back of the cover shows some tape, or something that was glued to it at one time. The rest of the back is in nice shape with just a bit of light ring wear and light surface wear.
The vinyl does have some light surface scratches and a small scuff on the lead out. The record labels are in good condition. The original sleeve is also in good condition. I play tested this, and it plays great, no skips or problems.
