THE BEATLES - 'No.1'
UK 1963 1st PRESSING 4-TRACK EP
This superb 1963 UK 1st pressing is on the yellow & black Parlophone label: GEP 8882
Both labels omit the 'Sold in UK..' text but carry 'Gramophone Co. Ltd..' rims.
The 'KT' purchase tax code is visible in the center of the side 1 label.
Housed in a front laminated, bi-flipback 'Garrod' printed picture cover featuring an alternate shot from the 'Please, Please Me' album cover photo session.
Matrix numbers: 7TCE 762-2N & 7TCE 763-1N
Stamper codes: 1/GD & 2/RG
CONDITION

A pristine pair with little more than a single, minute spindle mark to the side 2 centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Both surfaces are pristine & 'as new' in strong daylight with little more than a few insignificant hairlines directly beneath halogen light.
Play: NEAR MINT
This terrific sounding copy has clearly received just a few extremely careful plays on top-quality equipment. The sound is totally unworn throughout and will not disappoint.

NEAR MINT
A superb example which has been carefully stored in ideal, non-smoking conditions all its life and retains a perfect high-gloss front laminate with no creasing or wrinkles anywhere. All corners & opening edges are completely unworn. Apart from a very faint hint of storagewear, the rear cover is unblemished and in perfect condition.
