Rare South African First edition mono Lp 1963!
Labels shows "PRESSED IN S A UNDER DIRECTIONS OF THE PARLOPHONE Co"
back cover shows "RECORD MANUFACTURED BY E.M.I (SOUTH AFRICA) (PTY.) LTD"
Spelling mistake ! (track 1 side 1 credited to "McCartney/ennon") see picture
Dark blue/silver labels with the matrix runout XEX421 side 1, XEX422 side 2
The vinyl and labels are in good condition for their age and they have only a few very light scratches that doesn't effect the quality of the playback - I've played it recently to check
The cover is also slightly different than the UK release with an alternative picture sizing and graphic layout, it has seen a fair bit of ware and tear over the years there's a small cut/tear near the bottom left side on the back cover. Also my mum deemed it fit to write her maiden name and circle it on the back in blue pen - this was so it wouldn't get mixed up at parties apparently!
that said, there's no real damage to the corners and the overall condition would be described as good for it's age! - please look at the pictures for details!
