The Beatles - Please Please Me MONO
Original and very scarce Danish issue on Parlophone PMC 1202
This old Silver on Black label with 8 stars, shadows on "Parlophone" and the "£" came right after the legendary Gold on Black label, so this is probably one of the first 1000 copies of this megaseller ever.
Matrix numbers XEX 421-1N / XEX 422-1N
The vinyl is VG/VG-. Especially side 1 in periods plays with some clicks, but it doesn´t in any way overwhelm the music nor the joy of this fantastic early record. It is a great sound.
The cover is in a poor condition with big tears and splits, but this record should be bought for the rare label.
