COVER
This is an original tri-flapped GARROD & LOFTHOUSE cover with the small sized stereo logo.Very clean and bright example with nothing more to fault than a couple of bumps to the corner and some very small stress creases in the laminate. The fron panel still retains a bright , glossy laminate with vibrant colour , on angled viewing there are several small creases visable , some are stress creases from the spine edge and a couple of thumb-push creases towards the opening edge , overall very nice .The worst point is the lower right corner which has some wear, the others only have very minor bruising , the spine is square and strong with fully readable print. The rear panel is again very clean and bright with no nasty stains, writing or stickers present and has the important stereo boxed information close to the Cat No ! The flaps are all intact and clean with the excepetion of the corner mentioned above.Overall a very clean, presentable example ( see-pics ) strong VERY GOOD PLUS CONDITION !
VINYL
Both sides have a deep glossy shine with clear deep grooves, however there are some marks clearly visable, 3 or 4 small faint scratches and some scuffs which can be seen in the pictures , both side play amazingly well but there are some pops and clicks here and there and some low-level background noise. It's in no way a beat up example but it has been well played and not handled with the greatest of care, thankfully due to these heavy weight 60s vinyl , they can with stand a little hardship.Although it's not the best example , it is still a very worthy one that can be played and enjoyed but the value of this item lies not in the looking and sounding of it ( allthough it would be better in N.mint ) but due to it's unique labels ! extremely rare one off ( see-pics) Visualy VERY GOOD CONDITION and Audibly VERY GOOD PLUS CONDITION !
LABELS Extremely rare label variations ! Side 1 Parlophone rim print and un-documented space and positioning between matrix number ! Side 2 Gramophone rim print and un-documented space between date and matrix number ! Very Rare ! Both labels are in clean and bright shape with no writing, stains or stickers present ! however there are spindle traces to each side and a small mark near the centre hole on side 2 . Side 1 carries the MT tax code ! they look worse in the pictures as we used a flash to highlight the traces ! ( see-pics) VERY GOOD PLUS CONDITION ! INNER
Original Emitex inner sleeve which has survived very well, clean and bright with only some light creasing to fault , super example !
DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS VERY RARE , UNIQUE EXAMPLE OF THIS CLASSIC BEATLES DEBUT ALBUM IN STEREO !!!
