RARE EARLY PRESSING with "THE PARLOPHONE CO." labels
& "KT" tax code on label!
I am selling some gems of my fantastic collection of rare Beatles records mostly from the UK.
The Beatles CPCS UK export LP series is VERY rare. But there are two factors that make this particular record even more scarce:
Being an extremely early pressing of this first UK export Beatles LP, the text around the label perimeters still starts with "THE PARLOPHONE CO.". These pressings are much, much rarer than the later ones with "THE GRAMOPHONE CO." text.
Due to a mistake in the pressing process, this record carries also a tax code "KT" on the side 2 label! This was intended to be only on domestic releases.
