Description

You're bidding on an LP copy of “Revolver” by the Beatles. Pretty sure this is an original U.K. stereo copy. It’s PCS7009 and has the black and yellow Parlophone label. The inner sleeve that came with it is in nice condition but it’s not the original.

The record’s label features the “Sold in U.K.” & “The Gramophone Co Ltd.” label text. It also has YEX 605-1/ YEX 606-1 matrix stampers.

The record has a few pops, but they’re generally heard only when the music is in very quiet passages (the opening seconds of “Taxman,” for instance). The LP does not skip and sounds great overall.

Included is the LP’s original laminated jacket, which is intact. A previous owner, however, apparently added some transparent tape to the back. (See photos for more detail.)

I'm not a record collector and don't usually grade records, my best guess is that the vinyl would be considered "VG to VG+" according to the Goldmine standard. Some surface imperfections are clearly visible, including one scratch on Side 2, but they don’t affect overall play. This remains a very listenable copy of a classic, hard-to-find LP.
