What a find!!
The Beatles - Reel Music. Capitol Records SV-12199. This is the yellow vinyl #'d limited edition promo. Cover is EX- (Excellent Minus) and is in most of its original shrink wrap, but the shrink wrap does have some rips. Vinyl VG++ (Very Good Plus Plus). Has the original inner sleeve and the program booklet. All grading is strictly visual. Being this is a an old analog studio recording, sound quality may be less than ideal. Photos are of both cover sides and of the label.
