The sleeve shows signs of being over 50 years old! Please look at the photos as it shows the general condition (which isn’t dreadful all considering but it is worn in corners and slightly marked in places)
The vinyl itself has a number of surface scratches... I can comment on how it actually plays as I haven’t played it for years.
