Visually the record has some visible signs of sleeve removal, handling and playback, with some hairline marks, scuffs and a few scratches to be seen across both sides of the record. A previous owner has engraved their name into the Side 1 label and the centre spindle hole indicates frequent but proper use and this is reflected in the audio playback too.
It plays through nicely from beginning to end without any jumps, skips or nasty interruptions anywhere. The worst demerits in the sound are a passage of rotational ticks going through most of "Yellow Submarine" into "She Said She Said" but they're often drowned out by the music and they're only in one channel so could easily be minimised with summing to mono. There are a few other ticks / clicks throughout the record but none of them are recurring. The record does have some audible surface noise / crackle as it's played through but it's nothing too extreme and it doesn't ever overwhelm the music. It's more noticeable on the quieter tracks but again, it doesn't ever ruin any of them. It's very difficult to find an original UK pressing that plays any of these songs cleanly and while these certainly don't sound at their very best here, they're still not too bad and quite enjoyable. This copy clearly saw frequent play over the years and it doesn't give a stellar audio experience, but it's still fully listenable, quite enjoyable and it still gives you that fully authentic mono experience.
Please note your results may vary depending on turntable / stylus set-up and I have play-graded this in stereo with headphones on a very revealing deck to avoid any disappointment.

Holding up very nicely indeed! There isn't too much to pick on it for, besides some slight signs of age. I'd have graded it higher but unfortunately a previous owner has written on the back panel in a red pen. This isn't entirely visible at first, but under certain light angles you can read it quite clearly. It has some visible yellowing on the spine and near the front opening but the flipbacks are holding together well, the spine text is still nice and clear and overall it's still a pretty good example. If not for that yellowing / writing, it'd be an easy VG+ from me!
Comes with it's original inner sleeve, which the original owner has also helpfully written their name and the title of the album on. Aside from that, it's in great shape and holding up pretty well!
