This super rare album is a 2nd pressing in great condition. Side 1 has a 'FACTORY SAMPLE, NOT FOR SALE' sticker. This appears to be genuine, with the wear of the label and sticker matching and the overall condition of the record being so good.

This record has been play graded on a Project Debut Carbon Esprit SB turntable with an Ortofon 2m Blue cartridge.
Side 1: EX A few light hairlines and paper scuff marks. Just minor surface noise audible in some quieter parts. No clicking.

Cover: VG+ Front laminated flipback. Minor wear to corners. Slight discolouration by spine and on flipbacks. Ever so slightly indented top and bottom right corners. Spine fully readable.
Inner sleeve: VG+ Poly lined inner. Minor creasing and discolouration.

This record will be packaged in a Lil CLP, an 'Amazon style' premium quality, corrugated card record mailer. The record will be housed outside of its cover in a separate, brand new, inner sleeve and all will be contained in a sealed outer sleeve for maximum protection.

Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
