THE BEATLES - 'REVOLVER'
This EXCELLENT UK 1st MONO pressing dates from day-of-release in August 1966 on the black & yellow Parlophone label PMC 7009
This disc contains the alternate mix of 'Tomorrow Never Knows' - substituted immediately on release and only available on this pressing.

Housed within a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Ernest J. Day' printed cover, complete with EMI advertising inner-sleeve.
CONDITION
Disc: EXCELLENT -
This well-cared for example looks to have been little and carefully played. Both playing surfaces are perfectly clean & retain all of their 'as new' deep-gloss shine with just one or two small marks on each side. The side 1 label bears a moderate collection of well-aimed spindle trails whilst side 2 reveals hardly any. Audibly there is some wear appearing as light background in the usual points on 'Eleanor Rigby' & 'Here, There & Everywhere'. Our system did skip a groove at the beginning of 'Good Day Sunshine' over a small scratch, but this may or may not occur on your turntable. There are no clicks, pops or any further audible faults and the jewel in the crown - the alternate 'Tomorrow Never Knows' - plays without fault.
Produced only with initial pressings of this album this 'E.J. Day' cover is clean, strong and most importantly white.The high-gloss front panel laminate is unworn and bears just single 'thumbnail' and two tiny spine wrinkles. All corners are sharp and unbumped and both opening edges are unworn. The rear panel is clean & black where it should be and free from any writing or missing paper. All flipbacks are in-place and both seams and the spine are unstressed and unsplit.

Clean & undamaged with no writing, tears or seam splits.
