THE BEATLES - 'REVOLVER'
This UK 1st mono pressing dates from day-of-release in August 1966 on the black & yellow Parlophone label: PMC 7009
This earliest pressing contains the alternate version of 'Tomorrow Never Knows', only found on this pressing.
Both labels include the 'Sold In UK..' text with 'The Gramophone Co. Ltd...' worded rims.
A 'KT' purchase tax code is present in the centre of the side 1 label.
Matrices: XEX 605-2 & XEX 606-1
Stamper codes: 5/RM & 1/OR
Vinyl weight: 161g
Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Ernest J. Day' printed mono cover.
Complete with original plain white 'Patents Applied for' inner-sleeve.

Labels: EXCELLENT
A clean & unworn pair showing minimal spindle wear around each centre hole.
Visual: VERY GOOD +
Both playing surface are clean & unworn with their deep-gloss factory shine still intact. The only visual blemishes visible in strong daylight are a light turntable scuff and a small 5mm mark on side 2. Closer examination directly beneath halogen light reveals only some harmless wispy paper-tape marks and a sparkling rainbow shine.
Audio: EXCELLENT
This well looked after disc has received a moderate amount of play but has no major issues. Some vinyl background is audible between tracks and during quieter passages but there are no clicks, pops, repeats or any other audible issues anywhere. 'Tomorrow Never Knows' plays without fault.
Cover: EXCELLENT +
A well-preserved strong and bright white example with a glossy, unworn front panel bearing just a couple of tiny spine wrinkles only. There is slight shelfwear bruising to the lower corners but none at all to either opening edge. the rear panel is clean & black where it should be with no ringwear, writing or missing paper. All flipbacks are fully intact, as are both seams and the spine.
