This great sounding UK STEREO pressing dates from late-1966 on the yellow & black Parlophone label: PCS 7009

Both labels include the 'Sold in UK...' text and have 'The Gramophone Co. Ltd...' rims.

A 'KT' purchase tax code is present in the center of the side 1 label.

Matrices: YEX 605-1 & YEX 606-1

Stamper codes: 3/PT & 1/OA

Vinyl weight: 151g

Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed stereo cover.

Complete with an original plain white 'Patents Nos.' inner-sleeve.

CONDITION

Labels: MINT -

A superb set showing no spindle trails on either label. 

Visual: MINT -

Factory-fresh playing surfaces which are unmarked & 'as new' in strong daylight and bear only a few wispy paper hairlines & a sparkling rainbow shine visible beneath halogen light.

Audio: MINT -

This barely, if ever played disc sound clean & unworn throughout, with just a touch of regular low-level vinyl background between tracks and no audible faults or issues anywhere. Hard to find better.

Cover: EXCELLENT +

A clean & fully intact example with a sparkling front panel bearing just a single 'thumbnail' and a few spine wrinkles. All corners and opening edges are in nice shape and the rear panel is clean & unblemished. Both seams and the spine are undamaged making this a tough one to upgrade.

Light storage wrinkles only with no seam splits.
