The Beatles - Revolver First Pressing Vinyl LP
This is a rare 1966 very first day of issue original UK Parlophone Y/B label copy with the rare stampers on both sides. Featuring the alternate 'remix 11' of 'Tomorrow Never Knows' available on mono discs only with the XEX 606-1 side 2 matrix number.
The side 2 label carries 'Dr. Robert' spelling and a 'KT' purchase tax code.
Matrix Number: XEX 605-2 & XEX 606-1 Stamper Codes: 1/GP & 1/A (1st mother, 16th stamper & 1st mother, 3rd stamper = Very early!) The Vinyl is VG+ to Excellent. The Sleeve and Inner Sleeve VG+ to Excellent. Labels Excellent.
The Vinyl has a couple of light marks. But in excellent condition, plays great with great audio. There is very little lessening in sound quality.
The sleeve is superb with a great spine!
Original paper 'Patents' inner sleeve is in great condition as well.
All & all a great copy of this very special Beatles record. No cracks, tears, folds. No colouring of the sleeve at all. Only some slight rubbing around the corners & some light creasing.
