The Beatles - Rubber Soul 1st UK Mono Press *Loud Cut* VG+/VG+ with Emitex Inner.
This is a very good copy of a great pressing with a lovely sleeve.
Catalogue Number: PMC 1267
Matrix:
Side One: XEX 579-1
Side Two: XEX 580-1
Mothers/Stampers:
Side One: 1 HA
Side Two: GJG PP
Media (Play Tested): VG+. Clean labels, albeit with a name written on, and retains a fantastic glossy sheen. It sounds great with little surface noise, including in the quietest parts. There are surface marks on both sides, but none are feelable and do not impact playback. Even the spindle holes are fairly clean with very little wear. Low mothers/stampers as you would expect from this pressing, on side 1 very usual mothers/stampers on side 2. Possibly a manufacturing error.
Sleeve: VG+. Clean front and back and nice clean flip backs. The spine is very clean. Slight creasing in places along with small pieces of light laminate lift. Has a couple of foxing spots and age discolouration but is really nice.
Inner Sleeve: VG+ Original EMITEX inner sleeve. Supplied with brand new anti-static sleeve.
Your chance to own this amazing pressing with a truly great sleeve. Even if you have Rubber Soul already, you must hear this - the bass is so deep and loud. I will just say that this is a lovely, package.
