Vinyl Audio Grade & Date of Playtest: Play Grade Excellent (Supremely sharp and clear sound, barely any audible crackle at all throughout the tracks, very quiet and barely any background noise in between tracks, no skips, no jumps, no sticking, no loud pops or clicks. If there are any pops or clicks they are quiet and hardly noticeable and very very rare. Excellent sound quality (Playtested 4th July 2007)

Vinyl Visual Grade: Excellent Minus (There are only two or three of handfuls of very light superficial hairline surface marks covering the record, there is also 1 or 2 slightly more feelable scratches on the record but these does not affect playback in anyway, looks to have been played on a few of occasions by looking at spindle marks but it has been looked after and cared for very well, generally it is a very clean record with a nice clean sheen to the vinyl, labels are very clean with only slight wear to the spindle holes, overall a decent copy visually)

Album Cover Grade: Excellent (no major creasing to the front corners, no major creasing to the rear corners, no spine splits, a clearly legible spine, no serious rips or tears in the sleeve, no top or bottom edge splits, no serious spine/top edge/bottom edge rubbing/wear, minimal corner rubbing, just slight ringwear on the front and back that is noticeable, no laminate lifting or laminate peeling, there is no pen marks/writing on the sleeve either, only slight discolouration/staining on the unlaminated rear, overall a decent sleeve)

All records are graded in complete honesty and with the utmost scrutiny. All records listed have been playtested by me and will not jump, stick, or skip in any way. I have been collecting records now for approximately 12 years and have amassed quite a collection and have decided now is the time to reduce the collection in size. The quality of items listed generally varies but most of the time will be in Excellent condition or thereabouts. MINT

The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT

The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD

The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD

The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR

The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR

The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD

The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
