Description
THE BEATLES
Rubber Soul
Parlophone Record Label
Mono PMC1267 ('Loud Cut') Press
1965
Play tested prior to listing.
A great example of the rare 1st 'Loud Cut' press released on 3 November 1965 which was withdrawn shortly after its release due to the band not being happy with the original mix.

Vinyl
The vinyl really is in great condition. There are some light marks under normal light but no heavy scratches. Any marks that are evident in no way hinder the audio performance. During the play test I only noticed minimal static. At worse some light static during run in / out grooves and between tracks but nothing else to note and no pops / serious crackles / jumps or skips. A great example of this rare press and genuine Beatles collectable and just as important a great listen.
Any bidder would not be disappointed.
Sleeve
The Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd patents pending laminated flip back sleeve is in excellent plus condition and rarely come this good. At worse a minor crease to the laminate towards bottom right corner, otherwise splendid in every way.
No splits or tears.
Tapered Spine solid with text fully legible - fantastic.
Labels
The standard yellow block Parlophone labels are Excellent as are the spindles. The ''All Rights of the manufacturer'' message starts with ''The Gramaphone Co Ltd'' and does have '' Sold In The UK'' statement.
The KT tax reference is also clearly visible.
Inners
The record comes complete with the original 'emitex' inner which is in excellent condition.
Please bid / purchase with confidence.
