THE BEATLES - SGT. PEPPERS LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND - ORIGINAL 1967 MONO VINYL LP XEX 637 - 1 / XEX 638 - 1 matrices
SLEEVE = VG+ ..no splits, no heavy creases, just a little scuffing along the spine ...see pics.
VINYL = VG+ ..retains a nice sheen and is a very nice listen.
Would be Excellent but there are 2 points to make regarding the audio on each side.
On side 1 there is a little static in the dead wax run in which quickly dies before the kicks in. A light rotational tick can be heard in the gap after "Fixing a hole" and into the intro of "She's leaving home" (I have pictured the culprit).
On side 2 there are four little clicks at the intro but there is no mark. At the very end of the record there is a light rotational tick and then a little static sound in the locked groove.
A nice shiny copy with no skips or sticks and no nasty crackle. The music comes through loud clear and it sounds great!
