THE BEATLES - 'SGT. PEPPER'S LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND'
This hard to find 1970 stereo pressing from Northern Ireland is on the 1-EMI box Parlophone label: PCS 7027
Track 7 on the side 1 label is misspelt as 'Being for the BENEEIT Of Mr Kite!
Pressed from UK 'mothers': YEX 637-1 & YEX 638-1
Stamper codes: 2,6/- & 1/-
Vinyl weight: 152g
Housed in a 'regular' fully laminated, inner-flipover 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed UK stereo gatefold cover.
Lacking cut-out sheet but comes with its original red & white EMI advertising inner-sleeve.
CONDITION
Labels: EXCELLENT
Both are clean & undamaged. The small red mark on the 'EMI' logo on side 1 is printed on the white areas and appears to have been done at the print stage.
Disc:
Visual: VERY GOOD -
Both playing surfaces are clean although there are several noticeable surface marks and light scratches.
Audio: VERY GOOD
Played many times but still sounds and plays well with no major audible issues.
Cover: VERY GOOD
Clean & fully intact with light shelfwear. There is some fading toward the spine on the rear panel but both panels inside the gatefold are 'as new'. All seams the spine are unworn & fully intact.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT
