VINTAGE SWAN S-4152 PICTURE SLEEVE
FOR THE BEATLES SONG "SHE LOVES YOU"
SLEEVE ONLY
Many have long said that this picture sleeve for "She Loves You" by The Beatles was the first Beatles picture sleeve released in the US. It's SWAN S-4152. It was released in either late 1963 or early 1964. Some now say the sleeve for "I Want to Hold Your Hand" was released a bit earlier - December 1963. Either way it's an early and iconic picture sleeve.
This picture sleeve is in visually good condition for a paper item from over a half century ago - with some aging, edge wear, superficial scuffing, and a 1/4" tear at the top.
This listing is for the PICTURE SLEEVE ONLY - no record included in the listing. However, we do have the record and will send it along to the buyer if requested. It plays through without skipping but has mild waviness on part of the edge so is visually not in good condition for sale.
