The Beatles Collection - Box Set of 25 singles
Not sure of the exact year of issue but I understand this is the second version of this set, the first not including the Sgt Peppers 45 issued in 1978.
Overall the set is in very good condition. The covers of the singles would all rate as EX- or better. Some have some minor ring wear and there is the occassional very minor corner ding or bend. The vinyl itself is all EX or better, mostly EX+. Two would be EX- and one - Hey Jude - has some weird scratching/marking which causes an increasing crackling sound towards the end (tho it plays through without skipping). So that one would be G+ or VG- for Hey Jude but the flip side Revolution is fine, EX. By and large the vinyl does not look like it has seen much turntable time.
The two inserts are in VG+, just a bit of wear on one of them really.
The box itself has seen better days but is intact. There is some wear at the hinge (which I understand is common with these), the bottom and lid edges. There is also a slight crease (perhaps from the thumb of someone picking it up) near the top at the front. I trust the images below will give a good idea of the overall shape of the set.
