The most of the sleeves are reproductions of the original 1960s releases. Four discs are post-1970 releases of songs that were not released as singles in the 1960s. There are two copies of “Love Me Do” / “P.S. I Love You”: one is a standard single, the other is a picture disc.

Also included in a folded blue paper list of this collection’s contents, indicating release dates, recording dates, and chart positions.

Condition

These records have never been played. I bought this set for the sleeves, and the list of release information (remember, this was before the Web made research a lot easier). In fact, I think that my examination of these discs is the first time that I’ve taken them out of their sleeves since I first received them.

There are flaws. The picture disc “Please Please Me” / “Love Me Do” has a scratch on the B-side, and it’s annoying noticeable. The disc is also not-quite-flat: it’s slightly concave on the B-side, probably a result of being stored in the singles box for thirty years.

And “All You Need Is Love” seems to have a small scratch.

The collection’s box is in very good condition.

Shipping

I’m offering shipping via Media Mail, Parcel Post, and Priority Mail; but I suggest that you select Parcel Post or Priority Mail for the shipping method. Sound recordings can be sent via Media Mail; but Media Mail is subject to inspection. Do you want to chance someone opening this carefully-packed collection, and hope that they repack it properly? Your choice.

I will combine this item with others which I am selling, to reduce your shipping cost. If you are bidding on other items of mine, I will hold sending an invoice until you have won those other auctions.
