Description
This original Capitol Records "The Beatles" - "Strawberry Fields/Penny Lane" West Coast version of the Picture Sleeve is in NM- condition. This West Coast version is much more rare then the East Coast version and is identified by the "Tab Cut " on the reverse side of the sleeve. It has no rips, tears, holes, or seam splits. It is NM- because it has an extremely minor crease on the lower right side. It is a beauty and in unbelievable condition for being over 58 years old.
RareBeatles.com lists the Picture Sleeve (West Coast Version) as valued at $250 (without the record). The West Coast sleeves were for the most part printed in smaller quantities and typically sell for roughly 20%-25% more than comparable East Coast sleeves.
The 1967 1st Pressing is in Ex condition. The orange swirl label is in NM condition. This 58 year old record still shows it high gloss and distinct Capitol Records logos. The Strawberry Fields side of the record has what appears to be paper scuffs and a light scratch but they don't affect the play of the record. No skips.

This is one of many from my personal collection. I am not a record selling business and have decided to thin my vast collection.
All records have been removed from the Picture Sleeves and placed in a separate paper sleeve. They are then placed in a poly record bag for future protection and wear.
