Side 1: Plays Decently - Ok / Loud / *There Are 2  Kicks - (Partial Groove Skips) In The Transition Between Back In The USSR & Dear Prudence* & Couple Blunted Pops & Elevated Surface Noise For About 10 Seconds / Other Surface Noise Is Light - Middling & Gently Peppered Among Grooves - Overall Plays To Lower VG Rating Or Higher G+ Due To Kicks

Side 2: Plays Subpar / *Skips, Jumps & Loops All Over Track 1-5 - A Large Patch Of Fingernail Scratches & Toothpick Marks Attempting To Correct Scratches Has Made The First Five Tracks Virtually Unplayable With Elevated Surface Noise Also - Starts Playing Normally At Don’t Pass Me By* / Other Surface Noise Is Light - Middling & Gently Peppered Among Grooves - Overall Plays To F Grading

Side 3: Plays Well - Decently / Loud & Clear / Surface Noise Is Light & Sparse - Plays Easily To High VG Grading

Side 4:  Plays Well - Decently / Loud & Clear / Surface Noise Is Middling & Peppered About - But Plays Easily To A VG Grading

Side 1: Ok / Clean / A High Amount Of Hairlines & Scuffs / Some Thin Fingernails Around Transition Grooves Between Back In The USSR & Dear Prudence - These Appear To Have Been Bridged With A Toothpick For The Most Part

Side 2: Bad / A Large Patch Of Fingernail Scratches & Toothpick Marks Attempting To Correct Scratches / A High Amount Of Other Hairlines & Scuffs

Side 3: Decent - Ok / Clean / A Higher Amount Of Hairlines & Scuffs

Side 4: Decent - Ok / Clean / A Higher Amount Of Hairlines & Scuffs

Label Assessment: 

All:  Decent / Clean & Legible / High Amount Of Translucent Spindle Lines / Few Minor Scuffs, Blemishes, Scrapes & Wear

Sleeve Assessment: Inners: Generic White Paper Replacements / Decent / Yellowing / Some Creases / Some Blemishes - Outer: Decent / Some Age Wear & General, Edge & Corner Wear / Some Yellowing To The White / Some Card Stresses & Creases / A Few Little Laminate Pockets & Veins / Some Little Scuffs, Blemishes, Indents & Wear Marks / The Internal Card Separation Crease Which Creates Two Different Pockets For The Vinyl Has Come Apart On The Top Half

F (Fair) – Record is definitely used and is in barely passable condition, this may not play all the way through, and it may loop, surface noise which may be elevated above the audio for the majority of the duration, may have jumps, high possibility of other non-audio noises, audio is not pleasant to listen to. Labels may have grievous flaws & scuffs, or may be beyond legible. Record may have some chips to the outer-dead wax, pock-marks, hairline cracks, there may be very noticeable blemishes / scuffs / hairlines on the record itself. Sleeve may have very grievous flaws, which may compromise the sleeve itself. All of these things may be at the same time. Any record receiving this rating will play below-par and most would consider as ‘filler’ only.

VG (Very Good) – Record is definitely used but has been decently kept, plays decently, but may have some noticeable surface noise, this will not overpower the audio though. Labels may have some blemishes, record may have some blemishes / scuffs / hairlines and there may be flaws to sleeve, these will not be overly dramatic overall, but noticeably used.
