Hi for info - The record has R5265 on the label / @ 6 o'clock on the inner black part is 7xce 18254-3 at 9 o'clock on the inner is KT - on revers side 7xce 18255-2 I have no idea what that means but im guessing those are Beatles fans/collectors or record collectors do ??


The record has been well played as described in foot note and is NOT MINT/VERY GOOD it has been played and has ALL the signs of a 50yr old record. 
To confirm this record has been in my family since released as DEMONSTRATION release - It was given to the record shop via record sales/reps in Lytham st Annes  lancashire some 50yrs ago - this is where my father came into possession of it. It has been in my family ever since.  Recently we discussed with the reputable Beatles experts [who advise and appraise]. they confirmed it is a rare and collectable item   It should be with a real dedicated fan of the Beatles and is affordable rather than the mint/very good copies which would cost considerably more expensive. 
Of course Im happy to answer any questions you may have but please bare in mind - I am not a record collector or expert - just selling a rare valued item that has been in my family for as long as i can remember ...come on The Beatles fans and collectors ...There isnt another one of these on on Ebay    !!
